to the kite store batman

We had totally planned to fly a bunch of kites today but the weather turned tropical earlier in the week and we knew it was going to be a bit dynamic throughout the holiday weekend.

We headed towards the coast anyway and had an adventure to the kite store then a walk on the pier followed by some good food on an outside terrace with some live music to boot. Not a bad day at all. But definitely no kite flying.

Extreme Kites is a fun kite store. We had not been by since last August and the place has changed it's look a little. Here are some 360 degree pics from around the store taken with the Theta camera.

Here is a Theta pic from the pier taken just as someone decided to jump from the deck railing and into the sea. He was followed by two young women who were later seen discussing their stunt with local law enforcement.
