Kite JournalFriday June 28th, 2013It’s Friday Ya Cool People!weekend baby!The week has flown by without much flying. Thank goodness there are iFlites in the world. Right before we left for vacation there was a chance to attach some "bridle" line to the clownfish. It was good to be back at the sewing machine, even for just a few minutes. But now vacation is over and our schedules are opening up a bit. So on Tuesday an order was placed with Goodwinds and it looks like it may get delivered today! Just a little fabric. I have plenty of three quarter ounce ripstop but not quite the right colors, so the order is for a couple of yards each of white, black , and purple. I already have some orange so the white and black should be plenty to let me make another clownfish only this time using lighter fabric. i am not sure how big this one will be, certainly bigger than the 16 inch one, I'm thinking maybe 40 inches or so. And just like that, once arriving at home the new fabric from goodwinds was waiting at the door. Time to plan some projects!.    |
