Kite JournalMonday February 18th, 2013An Excellent Day at the Kite Fielda boy and his dadMorgan and I went to the park to play with kites and such. He had a chance to fly his new 1.7 symphony beach dual-line parafoil for its maiden flight. It pulls a bit but he held his own and did quite well even in the iffy wind. The wind would lull to a point where the kite couldn't lift, so he decided it was time to take a break. I offered him the camera and off he went, what follows are a few of the two hundred plus pictures he took. The wind was five miles per hour with minute long lulls so everything was hit or miss, but we had a great time. A really nice afternoon! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
